The Big Draw

Drop in for demonstrations and drawing activities. Get doodling! As part of The Big Draw, there will also be a chance to see creative geniuses from CIA (Central Illustration Agency) create unique artwork, with kids as art directors! The first stage of this event took place on Saturday 14 September, when a team of illustrators made their way to the Museum as part of our London Design Festival event. The illustrators gathered briefs and ideas from children, working to the theme of Draw Tomorrow. CIA then distributed these ideas to artists. On Saturday 12 October more than 30 of the artists will display their work at the Museum, while a further 10 or so will work with a group of children who will be art directing them live - bringing their imaginations to life on paper.
