Illustrated talk: Working the Boats by Kirk Martin. Kirk spent many years working on canal boats. He was a skipper on pairs of camping boats and hotel boats as well as a community boat owned by the London Borough of Camden. He is still volunteering on a community boat and a pair of coal boats.
