Knight Time

Saturday 24 & Sunday 25 March Sessions start at 9.00am and 12noon Come and meet the Royal Armouries’ team of knights who will be competing in the Easter Tournament. In these fun-filled interactive sessions children will get the chance meet our knights and their horses and find out what it takes to be a tournament champion. There’ll be the chance to take a closer look at their armour and weapons, have a go at some crafts, then we’ll go outside to the stables to meet the horses and then into the tiltyard to watch our knights go through their tournament training, including jousting. Knight Time sessions start at 9.00am or 12noon, followed by Tournament Training at 12noon and 3pm. Knight Time activities will include: • Choose your champion – get to know our team members • Make a flag to cheer on your favourite knight • Stable visit to meet the horses • Watch our knights get kitted up in their armour • Reserved seats to watch them train in the Tiltyard Sessions are suitable for children aged 6 – 12 years Children must be accompanied by an adult (max 1 adult per child) Numbers per session are limited to 40 per session so book now Ticket prices: • Child: £20 • Accompanying adult: £5
