Calligraphy - Illuminated Lettering

Adult Workshop with Adele Dark Explore book clasps and writing implements from the Corinium Museum collections. Be inspired by medieval art through objects and manuscripts. Why were medieval books so highly decorated inside and out? You will spend the morning working with artists Adele Dark to create your own illuminated letter and, in turn, learn about medieval design. Adele Dark, Artist and Calligrapher, is a fully qualified teacher who has worked with museums, art centres and schools both in Jersey and the UK.
