Forms - Exhibition by Mark Masters

Exhibition by Mark Masters 11 January – 4 February My work concerns itself with the physical act of walking in the landscape. Roots dug from the soil, twigs, broken wood, dead plants and flowers all fall under the artist’s eye and take on a life of their own. Part machine, part organism, armatures and cogs, rusted or shiny metal surfaces, thorns and blades all interconnect to create a hybrid abstraction of a perceived reality. Mark secured a 1st Class Honours Degree from Kent Institute of Art and Design. A former college lecturer and programme leader working in F.E. colleges, he now works as a Professional Fitness Instructor and Freelance Artist. Free admission All art works for sale
