Battle of the Guitarists

Join us for a day celebrating Hendrix’s influence on the electric guitar. Just two days shy of what would have been Hendrix’s 75th birthday, we’re opening up the doors of Jimi’s former home for a special day dedicated to riffs, jams, and solos. Any guitarists out there, just bring your axe to 23 Brook Street at any point throughout the day and take part in our battle-of-the-bands style competition. Play us your best Hendrix riff and be in with the chance of winning a series of prizes, including the chance to host your own private party in the Hendrix Flat! There will be an iconic Marshall stack to plug into, plus a variety of bespoke guitars to try out as well. We’re very excited to partnering with brand new guitar shop Sixty Sixty Sounds, which has just opened it’s doors on Soho’s legendary Denmark Street. Plus there will be burgers (Jimi’s favourite) served all day courtesy of the good people at MEATliquor. Play or just listen, everyone’s welcome!
