Join Finds Liaison Officer Helen Fowler to learn the basics of Numismatics. Discuss the introduction and use of coinage in England through to the present day in a relaxed and friendly setting. We will look at the change in artistic style and how these and other clues can be used to identify coins. Plus the basic terminology used by Numismatists. Don’t forget to bring your note book!
