Easter Hallelujah!

This Easter come and help us celebrate Handel’s most enduring piece, Messiah. Always a favourite during the holiday seasons, this is the perfect time to celebrate Messiah in all it’s glory, and where better than Handel House. Not only is it Easter Saturday, it’s also only 2 days after the anniversary of it’s first ever performance in Dublin, and the day after Handel’s death day. To mark this rare alignment of occasions we’re going to be having live performances of the greatest pieces from Handel’s Messiah next to the very room where he composed it. We will also have a selection of the greatest recordings of Messiah playing in Handel’s bedroom. Lastly there will be a fun, family-friendly arts & crafts activity running throughout the day to get everyone involved in building our own Messiah score. All included in the General Admission ticket price – £10.
