Nell Weatherley – Embroidered Watercolours

An exhibition of Embroidered Watercolour Landscapes by local artist Nell Weatherley. Nell’s unique landscape and wildlife pieces are inspired by her journeys and memories. Made by drawing multiple layers of watercolour to both sides of a fabric background, Nell then enhances the image using free motion machine embroidery, making the viewer feel that they could walk into the pictures. Meet the artist each Saturday 10am-5pm.
