The Composer's Kitchen

In this illustrated talk, Dr Pennell will take you on a culinary tour of Handel’s kitchen, its supplies and its servants, to tell the stories behind the dishes which graced the composer’s often laden table; and find out what was good to eat in mid-eighteenth century London.
