Intro to Woodcut

During this course, you will learn how to transfer your image onto Japanese plywood and experiment with woodcutting tools to create a variety of line and textured effects. Various inking techniques will be demonstrated and you will learn about setting the pressure and correct use of the Columbian eagle press to produce a small edition of woodcut prints.
