Creative Construction – Building Bridges at Ullapool Museum

Get your hands on Scottish architectural history by building bridges from the past! Discover how Sir John Fowler imagined and designed the iconic Forth Bridge, and how he built a mini version right here in Ullapool Museum. Budding young builders and engineers are invited to help construct our own bridge in the Museum using a variety of materials including construction straws and giant building bricks. Part of Ullapool Museum's mini festival: 'Stone & Steel - Lochbroom and the Architect of Innovation
