A Vintage Tea Dance at Museum of Edinburgh with Ugly Bug Ragtime Band and Fly Right Dance Company
The air is buzzing with anticipation and the sound is not just from the happy insects in our beautiful courtyard garden but from the Ugly Bug Ragtime Band! Our live jazz band is the icing on the cake for our old-fashioned afternoon tea party held in this unique oasis in the middle of the Old Town. Slip into your fanciest clothes, top it off with a flower, comb, hat or feather and meet us under the bunting for a charming afternoon of live jazz. Be ready to join in with some of the old time dances - and don't worry if you can't remember the steps, as there'll be gentle reminders from our trusty dance experts. This event will prove a firm favourite with all the family. Rouging of knees is optional!
