Museums at Night: A Story to Share

The Museum of Richmond will be taking part in Museums at Night. We will be opening our doors from 5-8pm, and invite members of the community to bring along personal objects and antiques that have story to tell. The Museum will also be displaying some of its items; the museum curator will be sharing some intriguing items from the museum's collection, whilst our learning officer will be presenting some favourites from the museum's handling collection. Other activities aimed at children will include an activity trail around the museum as well as chalk drawing. We ask that any visitors wishing to bring along their own objects could please email us at museumofrichmond@btconnect.com and let us know what you plan to bring so that we can properly accommodate the items on the night.
