Fun Palace at Vestry House Museum

Over the Fun Palace weekend, the Museum will host a specially commissioned piece of interactive theatre created by E17-based Slap Haddock. The Toy Maker is a journey into Walthamstow's past as the centre of the UK toy industry. Audiences will be guided by an inventor, who tells the story of local toy makers, bringing the Museum's collection to life along the way. There will be three performances per day, each lasting 45 minutes (12.30pm, 2pm and 3pm). No need to book, just drop-in. From 12-5pm there will also be arts and crafts activities and refreshments. Suitable for all the family.

Free, drop in. All ages welcome. The Fun Palace runs between 12-5pm on Saturday 3 and Sunday 4 October 2015.
