Heritage Open Days: Leatherhead Museum at Hampton Cottage
The regular displays crammed into this small specially adapted 17th century cottage have been recently enhanced by creating a mediaeval theme room with costumes for children to try on. Particularly for Heritage Open Days background period music will be played and for children, a trail provided looking for key words which will be hidden in the displays. There is a small courtyard at the back with a well. Children with a responsible adult or adults will be particularly welcome
