Set in the Roaring 20s at a prestigious Oxford college, Heartbreak Productions’ musical adaptation of Shakespeare’s Love’s Labour’s Lost promises to be a fun frolic through the life and loves of three young men. Initially forgoing food, sleep and their hectic social life to enhance their pursuit of knowledge, all good intentions dissolve and distractions arise with the arrival of three delightful young ladies… As worthy principles crumble and relationships develop, who will come out on top in this light-hearted battle of the sexes? Laugh along with the jokes and japes and enter into their world of tortured love set against the frenetic and frivolous backdrop of Oxonian decadence.
