Peter & Dan Snow: The Battle of Waterloo Experience

Join two of the best military historians in the business, popular broadcasters Peter and Dan Snow, bringing the historic clash between Napoleon and Wellington at Waterloo into sharp focus. Their illustrated talk based on their book The Battle of Waterloo Experience explains how, on the morning of Sunday 18th June 1815, these two military giants faced each other for the first and only time across the sodden rolling Belgian farmland south of Brussels. Further to the talk there will be a VIP-Pre Talk Event where you can join Peter Snow for an exclusive pre-talk meet and greet. View and handle the Trafalgar medal, one of only 14 ever made, which was presented to Admiral Sir William Hargood, who commanded the 74 gun ‘HMS Belleisle’ in the battle of Trafalgar in 1805. The event includes canapés, wine, premium seats for the Waterloo talk and private access to the museum, where the senior curator will be on-hand to discuss the collection in detail. Tickets are strictly limited for this pre-talk event. To book, call 01903 206 206 or book online.
