Exhibition by Shrewsbury Railway Heritage Trust

The Shrewsbury Railway Heritage Trust has loaned a number of items from its extensive collection at Abbey Foregate Station for a display in the Community Exhibition Gallery. These include signs, a Shrewsbury totem sign, several drawings and a painting of GWR steam loco Shrewsbury Castle at Shrewsbury station. Shrewsbury remains an important junction on the Welsh borders and is the location of the largest mechanical signal box in the World.
