DISPLAY: Nativity: Martha Fiennes

Nativity is a moving image piece in which individual elements are constructed separately and then randomly assembled using unique computer coding. The result is a living work in which figures, lighting, background and weather never repeat the same configuration. Displays complement our permanent collections; there are many free temporary displays around the V&A. They range in size from a single case to a room.
