Family Festive Fun Day

Join us for a Family Festive Fun Day for all ages. The event is free to enter, a few of the activities incur a small fee. On the Saturday, there will be a few special star guests as Santa and his elves will be in the Centre to take photographs and pass out wee presents for the family. We love gingerbread biscuits, especially when they come with bow ties and toppings to decorate! We’ll have everything from icing to sprinkles to marshmallows for you to make your very own biscuit to eat. Join us in the Star Room for biscuit decorating and holiday crafts for £1 per item. There will be a costumed interpreter in the Library ready to whisk you back to the 19th century with Victorian storytelling sessions. Learn more about the days of Christmas past with our Museum scavenger hunt. Can you find all of the clues and answer the festive riddles? There will be two different hunts for wee ones and older children.
