Enemy Aliens and Ethnic Minorities in First World War Britain

The Great War changed relationships, not just at the front but at home as well. Germans and other minorities that had been living in Britain for decades were all of a sudden perceived as a threat. Dr André Keil from Durham University will talk about the treatment of these enemy aliens and ethnic minorities during the First World War.
