Four Day Woodturning Course

Following on from our taster course, you can build your skills and also your confidence on our 4 day beginners workshop. The course is based in our garage workshop under the expert guidance of Colin Smith, a gifted wood turning craftsman. Each wood working student will be given instruction on tool maintenance and have the use of their own dedicated lathe throughout the course. Over the four days the students will produce a turned bowl as well as some spindle works in the form of candlesticks or alternative pieces using the same technique. Course runs 4 to 7 November.
