An evening of creative magic with internationally renowned artists. Using old county maps and graphic scores as common starting points, composer Howard Skempton and artist Matthew Harris have each created a brand new work for this performance. Savour hearing world-class musicians performing in an intimate space in an informal atmosphere. Programme includes Skempton’s new piece, Field Notes, and short pieces by other leading composers. Harris’ freestanding intricate and layered textile artwork can be viewed and enjoyed up close. There's also a ‘behind-the-scenes’ film of the collaboration and the chance to meet and talk to the artists. Watch the ‘behind-the-scenes’ film at http://vimeo.com/88741371
