Speaker: James Nicolson This is the story of his uncle, also called James Nicholson, who was the only fighter pilot to be awarded the Victoria Cross during the whole of WW2. His was for action at the height of the Battle of Britain and this story touches both the event itself and the politics around the award and the subsequent impact t had on him and his family.
