Evensong and Commemoration of the Battle of Britain

A special service to commemorate the bravery and sacrifice of those who fought and lost their lives during the Battle of Britain, a pivotal conflict of the Second World War. Evensong is accompanied by the organ and an Air Force wing band, and concludes with an act of remembrance and rededication, with the sounding of the Last Post and Reveille. After the service, there is a formal parade and march-past on Palace Green.
