Experience the anticipation that is an integral part of trainspotting through the work of artist Andrew Cross in our fresh interpretation of the ever-popular theme.
Trainspotting was one of the most common pastimes for boys in the 1950s and 1960s, but what does it mean in the modern world of today? In his new exploration of the topic, Andrew uses personal memories of a childhood spent travelling the tracks plus contemporary film work to create the collective experience that links the nostalgic hobby with the international perspective of the present day. The project is supported using public funding by the National Lottery through Arts Council England.
