X-Craft: Lighting the Way on D-Day

Speaker: Alexandra Geary, Keeper of Artefacts at the RN Submarine Museum. It is a little known fact that the first vessels off the coast of Normandy on 6th June 1944 were two midget submarines who guided the British forces towards the beaches. Find out about the craft, their part in Operation Neptune and George Honour who commanded X-23.
