1914, A call To Arms for Lincolnshire

10am until 4pm every day, ends 3 January 2015 (last admission 3.30) Sundays closed from October to January A major exhibition hi-lighting the impact on Lincolnshire of the declaration of war in 1914. Show-casing key objects preserved from The Great War, from the Royal Lincolnshire Regimental collection, many never displayed before. There are also many personal items which illustrate what life was like here on the home front, and how the entire community was pulled into 'a war to end all wars'. This exhibition begins a series of five which will chronicle each autumn, the story of World War One from a Lincolnshire perspective. Admission Free
