A Levitation of St. Francis

St. Francis hovers or soars in the air and looks towards heaven as if beholding a vision. He bears in the his hands, feet and side the wounds of Our Lord (the stigmata). His Franciscan habit is patched and threadbare as befits a saint so dedicated to poverty that he was known as the 'Poverello'. Size: 100 x 81.6 cm.
