Golden Wedding celebrations of Mr and Mrs George Wallhead of Haddington; large family group outside the Pearl Life Assurance offices, showing Mr and Mrs Wallhead with their 10 children, 33 grandchildren 5 great grandchildren and relatives and friends; there are several long benches on the pavement and a curtain spread out in front, these are used in other larger groups; Mr Wallhead was a farm labourer; the marriage took place at South Hykeham on 16th May 1861
