Dessert Dish

Part of a dessert set. Kidney shaped dish. One side of each moulded with scrolls and shell ornament forming a handle, this decoration is picked out in brownish-green enamel. Each dish is decorated around the rim with a border of stylised leaves in grey-green and stylised blue flowers. Above this decoration is a band of spots also in grey-green edged on either side with a thin band of grey-green enamel, this in turn surmounted by a broad band of grey-green enamel. Size: Width: 20.8 cm.
