The machine is on a wooden base but has a metal clothplate. The machine is black with ornate gold scrolls and blue and red detail. There is an image of Wellington on the clothplate with an inscription, and the Maker's name is inscribed on the arm. The handle on the wheel folds away. , , , , The clothplate is hinged at the back, and can be lifted by unscrewing a screw at the front. This reveals a recess with some accessories. 4 accessories are similar, metal and have a large 'B' shape.
